Due to a lost week to unexpected Sloth & Gluttony in March-2016, I’ve decided to try a new way to keep myself motivated. These Weekly Challenges are meant to motivate me to try new things and reject the needless consumption (overconsumption really) of society’s bounty. Food, media, luxury, and status are fast becoming an unfulfilled substitute for achievement and personal growth. Its far too easy to fall into these tropes. This is one of my major weaknesses that I will have to overcome.
So ladies and gentlemen may I introduce the weekly challenges!!! I don’t want this to be limited to only Fitness (Weekly Fitness Challenge-WFC), but also want to include learning & growth, creation personally fulfilling projects, and house renovations. These challenges will be on top of a carefully planned fitness, diet, learning & growth plans already in place.
